Typical, phone interview then in person . It took about one week. Met with two managers and got a tour of facility. No drug test, no background check. They had a high turnover rate. They took extreme pride in their safety standards.

Phone interview with HR. She asked a series of questions that she really didn't understand. She was just taking notes. Felt that she really couldn't get a good grasp of my skill-set as she was asking mostly technical questions that the hiring manager would be in a better position to ask.
