Interview
The pre-screening process is efficient, which is on the phone. There could be a couple of calls with managers. The main interview is about your skills and attitude, but in a very friendly manner. Good Attitude is a desired characteristics in an employee. The decision to hire you will be quick, you should get the answer with in a couple of days.
