I had 3 rounds of technical interviews. Almost all of them seemed very much unprepared. Some of the questions were nice, some of them seemed a little silly. They gave the recruiter a good feedback and sent me a rejection after taking a few days' of time. The reson they gave me was also a little silly as they didn't test me much on that particular thing.
I understand people in startups are busy, but the interviews need to be a little more organised, and the interviewers need to prepare on the questions and how they will evaluate the candidate rather than going by the gut feel.
