Quick interview with two people, asked why I was interested in the job and about various previous challenges I had faced. Also asked about previous leadership experience and why I wanted to work there.

When was the last time I had interacted with a difficult customer? And what did I do to defuse the situation?
It was a very brief and polite interview. It was really a ‘pre’ interview. This was just checking the main boxes by HR to decide if my resume needed to be sent to the actual department for review.

I applied at an employment agency for a job. My career counselor reviewed the qualifications and sent my resume to Averitt. They saw an interest and wanted to interview me. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Still waiting on a response, since there was several applicants and more interviews.
