I'm writing to express my disappointment with the hiring process for the Software Quality Test Engineer position. Despite clearing the interview rounds and submitting documents, the process has been painfully slow, with no offer letter received after 5 weeks. Moreover, when I requested a role change and salary discussion, the process came to a grinding halt. The lack of communication and transparency has been staggering. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste, and I've lost interest in joining the organization.
