After an initial phone call about what I was looking for and some basics about my experience, I was brought in for a face-to-face interview to talk more about my technical skill and previous experience. During the face-to-face, I was asked to solve a few whiteboard problems and we discussed the workplace environment, the technology stack, and their current challenges and goals.
