Applied for the open position on Indeed and was contacted within days by the HR representative. I completed a virtual interview with HR to which I was pushed to a second round in person. My interview felt very positive I felt very comfortable speaking with both HR and the hiring team. They seemed like a really great bunch of people. I was then contacted for references and my references were phoned. After 3 weeks I still did not hear anything back from HR so I reached out with a follow up. This email was ignored. In the beginning of the process their responses had always been prompt. I find this very insulting and unprofessional. I invested time into this process as well as my reference. It is fine to not get a potion but a mild curtesy is an email or phone call with a decision either way. I suppose a bullet dodge as this isn’t a nice way to treat prospective employees.
