Three stages: - The first stage was a quick 20-minute run-through of my CV with basic questions. Heard back within a week. - Second stage was 1 hour of in-depth talk about my CV and 1 hour of being left alone in a teams call (for recording) to fill in a word document of programming questions. Heard back within a few days. - Third stage was in-person (with option to do remote), 9am-4pm of writing a linter with a discussion about how it went at the end Very nice, very casual, and nothing challenged asked. Team were very nice.
