As for the different stages of our process, each of them is designed to get to know the candidate better and find the perfect role for them at Avature, and each interviewer focuses on that from a different angle. While technical interviews assess technical skills, the aim of interviews with our Talent Acquisition Specialists is to tell you more about our company and vision and that you can tell us more about your interests, experience so far, and expectations for your career.
