Avanti West Coast interview questions

Lovely experience, very fast responses to both parts of the interview process - it was quick but thorough, not drawn out at all, and I got really detailed feedback with both positive encouragement and some suggestions on how to improve in future. Seems like a great place to work, interviewers were asking thoughtful questions and really engaged with my answers. Didn't get the job this time but based on this experience I'd be very happy to apply for something else at the company!
