l applied for an interview with the company and was scheduled an interview at 5pm. Company Rep matt Fehr did not confirm the time zone for the interview. We finally confirmed the correct time zone and agreed on a date and time to interview via Zoom. After an excessive wait time and no communication to reschedule the interview. I have concluded that they do not prioritize current and possible future candidates to work with their company. Punctuality and communication are two things that I look for in a company to work with as well. If I was to purchase a warranty for my vehicle from this company it makes me aware that they do not focus on time sensitivity to review a customers warranty claim or do their due diligence to accommodate the customer with the lack of a vehicle during the claim review. I do not recommend to work for or with this company.
