I applied through their website and was contacted via e-mail then phone to arrange an interview. Every contact I had was very informal and laid back. The same approach was kept during the interview, I was made very comfortable and there was space for great conversation aside from the technical aspect. All around a great interview, I only regret not having had enough experience to make more questions about the company and the type of work I was being interview to do, they were pretty open and I could have made the experience even richer.

Es un proceso 100% online. La persona que me entrevisto para poder optar plaza en las practicas que ofertaban fue super amable.
Me preguntó cuales eran mis gustos y con ello me explicó las ofertas que mas se adecuaban a mi, explicándolas y respondiendo a todas las dudas que se me podían generar.
Una vez terminada la explicación le explique mis prioridades y las tomó muy en cuenta.

Fiz parte da turma 6 do programa Decola Tech, foi uma experiência incrível e engrandecedora onde pude encontrar minha primeira oportunidade de trabalho na área. Existe um forte incentivo da empresa em novos talentos e de aprimorar as habilidades dos estagiários, uma coisa que não faltou nessa jornada foi apoio.

The whole interview process was a summary of what technologies they used, what plans they had for the internship and their schedule. In the end, they do ask a few questions about you but they are very vague.
