I heard of Avanade at a Virtual Tech Talent Career Fair and had a conversation with one of their Senior Solution Architects and their Senior Director. I was then contacted by their HR Rep and we scheduled an interview. The first interview was with the HR Rep and had an amazing experience discussing the company, salary range, and telling him about myself. The second interview (technical) was with one of their Cloud Solutions Experts and after about 10 minutes, he was satisfied with what I had to say as he was testing my knowledge from my Azure certification exams, namely the AZ-900 and AZ-104. The third interview (behavioural) was with their Senior Director and this one was really easy as we connected really well, so it went smoothly. I told him about myself and he was also good with what I had to say after 10 minutes and was eager to bring me on board. I heard back a week later via a phone call from their HR rep and was offered a job.
