They need a technical code executioner for the projects
HR round: phone call with basic introduction questions
First Round: no behavioral questions. Panel of 4 directly jumped into technical questions. No introduction, no project background.
Entertained 1-2years experienced candidates but answers to technical questions needed 4years of experience in C#, OOPS, SQL all together in one resource. Coding included in virtual interview.
Second round: With manager - scenario based technical and behavioral
