Interview
Contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. Had a couple telephone conversations with the recruiter and then was passed on for 2 more phone interviews. The first was a technical interview to make sure you knew the material. The second was a more cultural and conversational interview about where you wanted to go in the future.

A lot of general technical questions that they read from a list and the person may not even know the answer themselves. Questions like: What are the 3 pillars of Object Orientated Programming.
