I applied online and received a call from an Avanade recruiter within a week. The application process was explained early and I was kept informed of progress throughout.
The application process consisted of a preliminary interview with the recruiter, a technical interview with a Senior Consultant, and finally a face to face with two Senior Directors. I found the whole process informative and relaxed. I felt that the role and company was explained well and I was given the opportunity to sell myself to Avanade.
A really enjoyable and positive experience.

Interview
After back and forth several emails, there was 1st phone interview
And 1st question- may I ask for your vaccination status?
I left that conversation there as it already started to feel discriminatory.
Just giving you the taste of what is happening internally. If they discriminate on vacation status then they discriminate on everything else ( by the way questions like sex, religious and other alike are on their application process
