I was in the conference room with the manager and assistant manager. They asked all the usual questions that an interviewer asks, and then we went to the office floor to do a group interview with all of the current employees. Before long we were all dying laughing and getting along marvelously. We all knew it was a good fit and so they hired me on the spot.
