Interview
Long very vey long. They schedule your interview with Harry Sherrell but when you show up for the interview they sit you with an line level associate where they go over 50 or so standard interview questions. Next you speak to someone a little higher up the ladder. If they still are impressed with you you will then speak with a Assistant Sales Manager. If your still in the running you will talk to another manager and then another manager and then last but not list after about 4 or 5 hours of sitting in the dealership showroom interviewing is then you get to talk with Harry. It's at that point they will offer you the job or not. Make sure your very specific with your questions and make sure to get clarification if you don't full 110% understand the response.
