Hiring Process is all automated , One thing is that you will have to wait for a good will, over all good recruting process for a big comapny like this , you will have to pass through various stages of interview , so be prepared for the interview, just you have to setup a time for interview

everyone is really nice, they make you feel comfortable.
every process is quick and fast, processing took very less time.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1) Enable ping without turning off firewall.
2) Create one Domain Controller
3) Configure DNS (Reverse and forward lookup zone)
4) Create (1-OU, 2- Group, 4 -users), add 2-users in each group
5) Join another machine to domain
6) Create 2-shared folders (Give sharing permission on both the shared folders)
7) Group policy ( Desktop wallpaper, Software installation, Limit contents of control panel for client VM, shared drive mapping)
