The interview process at AES is amazing! It is very laid back. I had 2 interviews. One with the CEO directly. He took me to lunch and basically was just explaining the role and asking if I would feel comfortable with that role. The second interview was with my direct manager. Again he took me to lunch and then went into more detail about the position and then asked my experience with the tasks he laid out and if I would feel comfortable in the role. Again it is very low pressure. They love to hire straight out of college.
