I was reached out by the head of the customer success team at Autolist for a phone interview, had a really great conversation with her and was invited to do a "take home assignment" before we finished our phone interview. However, after the first phone call, no one from Autolist tried to contact me with the following process.
I sent few emails to follow up and learned that the head of customer success had left the company, and was assigned my interview process to the head of business operations. Had another SAME phone interview with the head of business operation and was told that I will be given a take home assignment again. And after that, I still didnt hear back from them for almost a month. After a few follow up emails from me, they finally reply and said "we are working on another direction to this role."
The entire interview was just wasting of time and super unprofessional.
