During the interview, you get asked the basic questions like "What are your weaknesses" or questions about your automotive knowledge. It really doesn't even matter if you know anything about cars They say they will teach you

I applied online, got a call from a store manager a week later, went to interview at local AutoZone hub during their hiring event, and had to go to orientation at another facility farther away.

Very slow process took almost 2 months to do system was very slow but the interview itself was easy and pay was never discussed til after every interview with store and district manger respectively
