The interview process is fast you’ll get call from the store manager first to set up a interview. Then the interview in person, then another interview or phone call by the district manager if need be, after that an offer is sent via email or letter of rejection. If you are selected for the position the store manager may call you.

I applied online, got a call from a store manager a week later, went to interview at local AutoZone hub during their hiring event, and had to go to orientation at another facility farther away.

Very slow process took almost 2 months to do system was very slow but the interview itself was easy and pay was never discussed til after every interview with store and district manger respectively
