I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AutoZone (Binghamton, NY) in Jun 2012
Interview
the interview was fairly relaxed. not a ton of pressure in the questions asked. I thought that there would be a greater emphasis on automotive knowledge and/or background. it isn't something that sought after enough in my opinion. obviously one can perform duties of novice skill level but when the retail customers are generally novices themselves, the atidge, the blind leading the blind comes to mind. in any case the interview process was satisfactory. mostly stress free, informal and comfortable.
