AutoGravity Support Function interview questions

I applied for a job at AutoGravity through an employee referral and was brought onsite to interview with a panel of 4 people. The process seem well-organized, but none of the interviewers seem to be prepare for the interview (i.e. reading my resume as they come in the room, asking repeating questions). I must have answered 4 times "why do you want to work for us". I was asked lots of situational questions (i.e. what would you do if..., how would you handle xx situation, etc) and I thought I had answered them quite well. A week later I received a call notifying that I didn't get the job, and the feedback I got was they needed someone with more experience. I wish the team were a bit more considerate and respectful of candidates' time, as it was quite clear on my resume how many years of experience I had. I checked LinkedIn a few weeks later for that job and saw they had hired someone with 8 months more experience in the job. Generally it was a pleasant experience and everyone seemed to be passionate about the company's mission.
