I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AutoAlert in Mar 2025
Interview
Was fairly quick and to the point. Got a demo of the product itself within ten minutes of the call - which is one thing that got me bought in. One virtual interview with direct report, then a quick call with VP. Was invited to come to the headquarters. Drove and met the whole team. Received phone call next day with the offer

Question 1
It got asked again numerous times - heavy travel role, are you sure thats okay? Coming from a similar role at a competitor it was a non issue.
Basic interview process which involved a phone call and one in-person interview. The process was smooth and quicker than most I have been involved in. The in-person interview included the manager and another graphic designer.
3 interviews and offer was presented which I accepted. It was at the time middle of the expected salary for the position. The unfortunate part was that they layer us all off one year later. Other than that …not a bad gig.
