I had an interview scheduled with an employee. He emailed me the day of that he had a family emergency and wanted to reschedule. When I sent my availability to reschedule, he stated that he "may call me at 4:30pm". He did not call me. I got a text message a few days later to reschedule a phone interview for the next day. He did not call and I did not hear from the hiring employee again.
