Virtual Interview with Clinical Director.
Was asked to describe experience and how it would benefit the position. This was a great because the interview began with the director describing the position. The detail in the description and what it entailed helped when discussing my experience. The questions were directly related to the job, every question you ask, was answered.

The interview process was smooth and I was guided every step of the way. The BCBA did a awesome job asking clinically appropriate questions and testing my knowledge to apply the science.

They gave me a scenario based questions and asked how I would go about the situation such as how to write a goal or how would I work with a kid to reduce biting.

3 interviews, 1 with HR, 1 with clinical director, 1 with clinical supervisor. Interviews done virtually over teams. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes. Staff was very professional and answered all questions.
