First is a simple phone call for your interest in the job and past experience in the field. Then they do a zoom interview that is simple and helps create a schedule.

What is your history in the field of ABA? Are you majoring in psychology or a related field? Can you work evenings?
The interview was over the phone and took approximately 20 minutes. The questions were very straightforward and if they are interested they will set up a second interview to accept the offer.

They were very friendly. Made me feel comfortable and like a belonged. The lady who interviewed me was enthusiastic and demonstrated professionalism while being personable. They provided me with information about what ABA is and allowed me to ask questions about ABA and made me feel well informed after interviewing with them.
