Had a phone screen. Met at a public location (Panera). Met with person and had a pretty informal interview. It was nice and took the edge off. Heard back about a week later with an offers

Interview
I first talked with someone over the phone and set up an in-person interview. I then met with a Program Lead at Starbucks. We discussed my past experiences working with children with autism. She asked me some questions about Behaviorism. I got a call soon after saying I was being offered the position.

Interview
First I had a phone interview. THe hone interview was a very detailed conversation, and a lot of questions were asked. Then I was invited in for an in-person interview. The interview was with me and only two other people, one of which is a BCBA and the other is part of the hiring process. After the interview was over, I was contacted within 24 hours with an offer for the position.
