Competency base interview with Regional Manager, met at Head Office for interview. Manager was polite but there was a lack of understanding over my requirements. They offered me the Job but I declined as would not be able to meet expectations.

HR team doesn’t follow up. The whole process took long time. Offer had some errors, called up to reissue a correct offer. Found out staff turn over is incredibly high.
