First round online assessment.
Second round phone interview( asking behavioural questions best to answer in STAR method). It went well I'm waiting for the update on my resume hopefully they give it tomorrow

Filled out an online application, followed by a short assessment. Had an online interview with two AusPost employees, where we ran through my motivation, my work history and my experience with different systems. We then had a scenario based activity using the STAR format.

So far I have done the on line assessment. Pretty basic question and very quick to complete. I had a response requesting time for a phone interview with in a couple of hours.

short video with example of how you dealt with a irate customer, short typed answer on how you dealt with a conflict in the work place, why you would be want to work for Australia post and a couple of questions on the price of stamps and how much id you need for police clearance (which you get from the website).
