A little frustrated to say the least honestly. A recruiter referred me after an hour long conversation. Had my zoom interview and unfortunately I am 95% sure me being a female had a lot to do with not being picked. He went from "winging it/not knowing how to explain the job" to being shocked I could name and fly through industrial/fastener parts, processes and vendor relationships. He looked annoyed from the getgo. The recruiter even hyping this place. The recruiter couldn't even get an answer out of the guy as to why I wasn't good enough to move on. Even after asking the question "what reason would stop me from doing this job?" He had no reason to name off.
Not only was I highly qualified, I even informed him of the location I have to hundreds of manufacturing plants.
