Behavioral interview questions focused on finding a candidate that fits well with the company culture. At the beginning a few standard questions like how did you hear about Augustine consulting.The interview process was very structured and professional.
Really professional interview process. They are clearly looking for a specific personality type, as all the questions were behavioral based. It was a different style than I’ve previously encountered, but the interview was very professional and I enjoyed the setting. It was a panel style interview with three individuals asking questions and conducted over Microsoft Teams. Overall it was a great experience and I enjoyed it.
