Applied, and then was called in to get in an interview a couple weeks later. The phone call was about 45 minutes long and explained all the open positions in their department discussed my options, my hours, and what I was looking for. The in person interview was scheduled for a couple days later and it involved being interviewed by several people and being observed by others. They asked very extensive questions about experiences, and criticisms, and very hard interview questions in my opinion. It was a very intimidating interview. Had a follow up interview a couple days later

It was fairly straightforward. They ask you problem solving questions and questions about your character. The hiring process can take a little bit if your former employer is hard to contact.
