Friendly process, with the boss trying to discern the aptitude of the worker. Potentially, more than one interviewer, but most of the directors are also relatively friendly, even if it does not immediately come across.

Fairly easy with the usual questions, they may ask for relevance if you are switching from a different career, and may require you to do a writing test as this role requires a lot of writing and drafting.
