The first round of interviews are done in groups of three, and then they will reach out to the next round of applicants in 3-4 weeks. Unsure of steps after that.

Interview
First they do a behavioral interview and if you do well on that then they will invite you to an interview at the job site. The job site interview consists of interviewing with 4 different people you will be working with for about 30 minutes each. Everyone was very nice and friendly and provided a lot of information about the position.
