I got the interview from naukri portal. There were 3 rounds, one was Technical round based on your domain knowledge, 2nd was Managerial round and third was HR round for salary discussions. I gone through all rounds and accepted the offer.

Not good process. offering very less package ... asking for documents for security even though you are experience... worst experience... u have to cleared 4 rounds to clear .. then they tell u hidden policies...
