My experience started off really positive. I got a great vibe from recruitment and hiring managers from initial phone calls. After completing the task round, I was then ghosted for over a week (after being encouraged to do the task whilst on holiday). I was then told I had been moved to the final panel round of interviews, then the following day, told they had already hired someone else for the role. I received no feedback which was disappointing and felt a bit messed around by the process, which is a shame.
