The interview process took around 4 hrs included 1 hr presentation, 1 hr collaborative design exercise, two 45-mins 1v1. It was so fun, one of my best interview experience. All the 4 interviewers were nice, listened carefully during your talk and collaborative a lot. It was more like a conversation to find the match, not just answer questions. Especially the collaborative design exercise was fun, we did a little bit role playing, I played the design lead to solve a problem. Candidates could use the white board to help explain ideas. There was no right answer, they wanted to see how you think and how you perform in a team environment. For the presentation, it was open-ended. But please try to keep it in 1 hr. I prepared 4 works to share but only finish 3... Overall, it was a really relaxed and fun experience.
