Sent resume through a headhunter. Portfolio Manager called and emailed. Invitation for an interview in office after ra quick chat. Interview went good then 2nd and 3rd interview with Portfolio Manager. Final round with head of Asset Management and Head of Research. Did an IQ test as well.
