Met several times with the owner and it was a very straight forward process. Training was short and I was serving within the second week. Total time from interview to working 3 weeks.

Very low-key. Sat at a table and talked with manager and owner about beer. Fun interview and not challenging. Heard back within a week about the position that I applied for.
