Attock Refinery Limited interview questions

There were four interviewers. They were cold and distant. Three of them were from the engineering branch and one of them from HR. The interview lasted 5-10 minutes. If selected for this position, you will get RS 35,000/= per month for 1 year's training (2017).

first you apply for the internship program and if you get lucky they will call you and then they will start phone interview. They will ask about the reference. If you dont have then quite difficult to get the internship.(Note i m not talking about job, just about internship)
