My first interview met with 3 people, they approve then it goes to second interview. Second interview went well. Time in between was at least a month. Then after about 3 weeks got denied job. People very nice, knowledgeable, nothing about process was nerve-wracking, but it just did not work out. I believe that they also hire within first and then go to people who work outside their system.
