Interview
The recruitment process consisted of an initial interview focusing on my experience in IT governance, technology risk, cyber governance, control assurance, and regulatory compliance. The discussion covered my experience with risk management, audit support, policy governance, operational resilience, and stakeholder management, as well as how my background aligns with Atrium's requirements. Following a successful first interview, I have was invited to attend a face-to-face interview, where I discussed my experience in greater depth and they further assessed my fit for the role and the organisation.
