Interview
There is firstly an application form with some questions about the industry, what makes ATOS different etc. Following this there are SHL based tests to complete, a telephone interview and an assessment centre.

Question 1
In the telephone interview some of the questions are: Why ATOS? Competency questions for example a time you were adaptable when a plan/project didn't go your way, why business consulting? Why will you be good at this role? Which of ATOS' key values apply to you? I passed the telephone interview but the assessment centre for this stream was fully booked so waiting to see if they can transfer me on to a different scheme for the assessment centre.
