Initial application with CV - and the application form asks to describe one area within the realm of data/analytics in depth, and why you're interested in pursuing this. This was followed by an Online Test - which was not too difficult, but presumably needed to be quicker at to go through. Based on degree qualifications, expected to pass this test with ease... but they seem to have a fairly high standard (which doesn't seem very warm/personal - maybe they have a large volume of applicants)
