Some additional phone calls about availability during the process. It was an engaged process during the initial portions.

Question 1
If a customer could not access a VM, what steps would you take to troubleshoot the issue?
Straight forward pre-screen 1 hr interview with a mix of technical and client relationship skills as front facing consultant. Emphasis on use of business process and relation to the portion of closing consulting engagements sounded like they wanted someone who specifically would be able to drive the engagement for the business and technical side.
