Phone interview with an outside hiring consultant followed by a panel interview at the company's office (with one of the founders and one other person).
All parties were nice people but the role itself was muddled and not as described (more of a generalist position than a true manager). After the interviews: crickets. A month later no one has taken the time to write a thanks-but-no-thanks email or leave a phone message. Haphazard and mildly unprofessional, no?
