Interview
The interview process as a whole was very seamless. Apply on their website, HR will reach out to you via phone or email. Then HR will send you a listen & respond multiple choice assessment. Then you will be sent a link and record a virtual (non person) interview. Then finally you move on to the live interview with 2 or more managers.

THEY WERE VERY LENGTHY QUESTIONS WITH LOTS OF PARTS TO THEM........BEHAVIORAL STYLE BUT LISTENING SKILLS ARE IMPORTANT......

-Have you ever had a confrontation with a coworker> example of how you overcame? (I shared about a confrontation with a customer instead)
-Why is it important to have confidence when working?
-A time when your communication skills helped a situation?
-A time when you overcame a challenge or developed a solution?
-How important is it to be able to handle change>>when did you help someone do that?
-When is it important to take a customers feelings into consideration>>and when should they come secondary?
-Do you have any questions for us (Interviewer)?

I wish I could’ve prepared a bit more for the interview. It was 2 people who interviewed me. I’ve never had behavioral questions for an interview. I was really nervous.
